Who am I and why am I here?

As part of the blogging challenge Zero to Hero Blogging 101 I am here to introduce myself.

I am a stay at home mom of 4 kids.    I work from home part-time helping others reach their health and fitness goals.    My story was interrupted in 2011, after being married for 16 years I had lost myself in motherhood.   I was depressed.  Overweight.  Needing to feel more purpose in my life.      I needed a solution.   My sister-in-law decided at that time to try the P90X program.   It was on my bucket list of programs to complete.     So I joined her.     My results were incredible.

I was looking for an opportunity to work from home and the combination of my success with the program and my desire to pay it forward to others inspired me to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach.   

My desire is to help others reach their health and fitness goals.   I do this by offering online fitness challenges and supporting them along the way.   Seeing people succeed in losing weight has a positive impact not just on a person physically but emotionally as well.

This blog will be a journey of stories that will inspire.  Tools that you can use to help you reach your own goals.   Look forward to meeting you and encouraging you along the way.

Why I think the 21 day fix is for everyone.
